Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Sabbath School account and personal data in two ways.

From the app (recommended)

• Open Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
• Confirm with your password. You get an acknowledgement email with the timeframe.

By email

• Send an email to h_buenaventura@outlook.com with the subject Account deletion request.
• Send it from the email address linked to your account, so we can verify it is you.
• Include your full name and, if applicable, your class.

What we delete

• Your access and authentication record.
• Your profile: name, email, phone, document number and other personal data.
• Your class membership and roles.
• Your attendance records.
• The Bible studies you recorded, including the names and phone numbers of the people.

What we may keep

• A minimal receipt for 12 months (an internal identifier that no longer points to you and the dates of the request and its completion, without your name or email); after that it is removed by a daily automatic clean-up, which can take a few days.
• Other information only if a law requires it.

Timeframe

We resolve your request within 5 business days of verifying it, and confirm by email when it is done. If you made it from the app, you can keep using it in the meantime.

If you are a person listed in a Bible study

You do not need an account: write to h_buenaventura@outlook.com with your name and, if you know it, who listed you, and we will delete your data within the same timeframe.
